Qualifications:

HS diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Scheduling experience utilizing a scheduling application, ideally Microsoft Teams

Pay: Hourly rate commensurate with experience

Morrison Center is looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our Residential Program. The Scheduling Coordinator will play a crucial role ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of our staff within our 24-hour programs. This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and flexibility will help contribute to the overall success of our agency. This position will coordinate with Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and other Schedulers to ensure proper allocation of resources to cover staffing needs for all shifts and locations. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, knowledge of scheduling practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently. Experience in a healthcare setting or clinic is a plus!
